SHIPPING
It usually takes 2-4 business days for all orders to arrive in the India.
However, during peak season the delivery may get delayed to 8 days. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location.
We send regular updates via email and SMS regarding the product delivery.
All deliveries are scheduled through reputed courier partners. We ping you when we ship your consignment and will provide you with the tracking number. This is the part where you get excited and we keep our fingers crossed that you're home when they come and call before they do.
Exceptions are made all the time. Just contact us if you've forgotten your wife's birthday and we'll make it quicker, if possible
Yes, shipping is Free in India on all items.
RETURNS
All our products pass through quality checks before we dispatch them. In case of any defect just send us the image of the defective product at hello@luxuryswift.com and we will replace the defective product.
We provide 10 Days Easy Return Policy. You can always try our product and if you don't like it, you can return it back. NO QUESTIONS ASKED!
If a replacement has been requested, then we will send you an email explaining the complete process. It will be initiated after we receive the original item from you.

PAYMENTS
To provide the best price, experience and quality, we only accept ONLINE PAYMENTS (Visa, Mastercard, UPI, and also Digital Wallets like Paytm, Mobikwik, FreeCharge, etc)
Your payment is 100% secured as we use trusted payment gateways. Once you make the payment, the amount is held by these gateways (PayTM and Razorpay), once the order gets delivered, only then the funds are released to us.
Incase, your order is not delivered, double the amount paid by you would be compensated. For any queries contact us here

We do not save your credit card information and it is used one-time only while purchasing your product. Then your credit card information is purged.

ORDER CHANGES/ CANCELLATIONS

Once your order is submitted, it can no longer be modified. Please make sure to double check that all items you loved are in your cart, the address you enter is correct, and the payment method you're using is good to go.
In order to get your products delivered to you as soon as possible, we cannot accept cancellations more than 12 hours after your purchase. If you're within the time frame please email us at hello@luxuryswift.com or click the WhatsApp button at the bottom right.
